I got this purple blouse on sale at marks for $19 this pass weekend! Their summer selection is so good this year I could have bought one of everything. Thankfully I had a gift card from Christmas so I was able to get a few new items to add to my ever growing closet. I really love puffy sleeve dresses so I was immediately drawn to this top. It can be dressed up or down and I have a few cute skirts already in my closet that are perfect pair with it.
