I stepped out in this charming scalloped trench coat for a delightful lunch date with my husband, and oh, the compliments it garnered everyone was adoring the scalloped details! We ventured to the most enchanting French bakery nestled just a few hours north of Toronto. From the moment we stepped inside, it was as if we had been transported straight to Paris.
Every detail of the bakery was a feast for the eyes marble tables adorned with delicate pastries, paired with bistro chairs inviting us to linger, and cabinetry painted in the most divine pastel blue colour, adorned with graceful arches. The checkered floors added a touch of French whimsy to the elegant setting. But it was the ceiling that truly stole the show. A breathtaking canopy of flowers cascaded above us, in the prettiest shades of blue and pink intertwined with glittering chandeliers. It felt as though we were dining beneath a sky straight out of a enchanting fairytale.
And the pastries! Oh, the pastries. The selection was positively decadent, making it nearly impossible to choose just one. From flaky croissants to indulgent desserts, each treat was a work of art in itself.
Needless to say, it was an afternoon filled with both culinary delights and aesthetic wonders, leaving us utterly enchanted and already planning our next visit to this hidden gem of a bakery.
