My daughters and I enjoyed a wonderful evening picking tulips at Sandhill Creek Flower Farm , where guests can wander through the fields and gather their own blooms. There’s something so simple and special about choosing each stem by hand, creating a custom bouquet. It made the whole experience feel even more personal, as we admired the beauty of the landscape before us.
I never quite imagined how I would feel standing in a field of tulips, with endless rows of captivating shades stretching before me. It felt as though I were standing in the very center of a rainbow, where dreams that you dare to dream really do come true.
Almost as if I had drifted off, only to find myself wandering the gardens at Giverny. A rich array of vibrant colours swept endlessly across the horizon, soft and elegant, as though the land had been painted in colourful brushstrokes by Monet himself.
As we wandered through the tulips, you could feel a warm sense of serenity. The field didn’t belong to us, it belonged to the quiet hum of bumblebees and the sweet honey scent that filled the air.
